Hip Extension Progression

One of the more common group of movement dysfunctions I come across are hip stability and motor control dysfunction.

This series of correctives will take you through 4 key postures and help you integrate functional hip movement. NOTE: While improving stability will improve your overall mobility, it is important that you have an adequate level of mobility prior to commencing correctives. Be sure you consult your physical therapist to get the most out of these correctives.
