Taking the ‘real food’ challenge

Lisa Leake is an extraordinary woman who has done a very ordinary thing. She made a 100 day pledge to eat and prepare real food for her and her family. After coming to the realisation that processed foods pervade almost every meal and learning what effects refined foods and additives have on the health of her family she made a plan and started a blog about her experience.
